Just has springs replaced by Robert T. from Precision. Very competent. In the process, he found a reversed roller bracket that had been causing a slight, but annoying, noise for years. Door runs smoother than ever. Great work. Easy 5 stars.

Chris was courteous, and explained to me what had to be done and gave me a couple options to choose from. Please be advised that we had quite a bit of work done on our existing garage door by Alejandro Gonzalez. He and Daron Earle arrived on time and Alejandro listened to all our concerns regarding our garage door. He wrote up 3 scenarios and explained each one explicitly. Once we made our choice, he began the work immediately. It was done to perfection and he explained everything to us once the job was completed. This was by far one of the most pleasnt experiences we’ve had with Overhead...we have used your services in the past. They came out and two guys spend 2 hrs chasing down the problem. They determined what the problem is, but was outside their ability to fix it. Not their fault. Service was excellent! And was done in a timely fashion. However, I was disappointed with the price. When I called they told me there was a $49 charge to come out and it would be applied if you had the work done. When I got the bill it reflected a $20 surcharge for fuel. That was never discussed in our conversation or estimate. Those practices short change the quality and respectability of the company . Your mechanic was very proficient and polite. He explained our options and proceeded to do the work required in record time. He replaced the shaft, pulleys, cables and all new rollers. Immediately called Precision (they had replaced Mom's garage door several years ago), and were told that a technician would arrive from a Clearwater job, as soon as possible. Since we are in Tarpon Springs, we assumed that it might take a while for a tech to arrive, but were relieved that they were sending someone today. Very soon, Matthew arrived, immediately diagnosed and explained the problem (the garage door opener motor and some springs), and offered options in different price ranges. As soon as we chose the repair package, he went to work, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and could not have been more professional and courteous.
