He replaced 2 garage door opener motors and programmed the the openers to our cars and the new keypad. Precision advertises in our Imperial Park Directory. I called them on Sunday and they came out that same day. My key pads and remotes weren't working. Shane came out after calling to make sure I was home at the appointed time and inspected my garage door. He found that the motor was over 18 years old, when opening the door it was very loud, the springs were shot because the door was so heavy to lift as well as the remotes and key pads weren't working. He gave me three options to choose from. He thoroughly explained each option and what it entailed. I chose the option that I thought would be best. He fixed it that night. I was very impressed with their response time, the professionalism of Shane and how he presented me with options to choose from. I would highly recommend Shane and Precision.

Shane replaced the broken spring on my garage door today. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and very polite. The spring broke last night at 7:30 pm and Precision was able to schedule me between 12-2 today. Shane had the door fixed and operational in less than an hour! I have used Precision for the past 8 years and have always received great service. I will continue to be a loyal Precision customer!!!!

Percision Garage Doors always shows up on time (sometimes early). Their reps are always polite, respectful, and very knowledgable. They evaluate what is needed with my garage door each time and then are honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait. Arnold S. was the rep who came out to fix our garage door today. He was very respectful, took his time to explain everything, showed us what needed repaired, gave us estimates, did not pressure us, and fixed the garage door. This was our third time using Percision Garage Doors. I feel I can trust them to be honest and address what is needed.
