Garage door needed replacing. I called Precision and a tech came out next day. Bryan and I discussed different options and once the proper opener was selected he immediately set to work removing the old unit and installing the new unit. He worked efficiently and the job was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. He even adjusted the door springs that were installed by Precision several years ago. He also reprogrammed our cars on-board opener. All the while answering any questions I presented to him. Great service Bryan!

My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage. That only took a few minutes and also worked perfectly. Bryan was very professional, well trained, and arrived in a well-marked, well equipped, Precision Garage Door Truck. The technician, Bryan Stewart, was VERY courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Before the service call, I had considered calling other companies as well. I'm glad I didn't. If possible, I would definitely request Bryan for any future service calls. The problem (misaligned sensor) was an easy one and had I been less stupid, could've fixed it easily myself. Despite this, Bryan explained the matter thoroughly and even taught me what to look for (at the motor housing's blinking lights and corresponding chart) to easily self perform an initial first-stage diagnosis.
