We had just 2 days before bought the golf cart of my husbands dreams. But on delivery, it did not fit in the garage ! panic mode , how could we keep this beautiful cart outside . So we called Precision. an appointment was ,made for the same day ! Michael, ( I do think he was an archangel) came , understood the problem, offered a solution, performed a miracle( in my opinion) and now my husbands pride and joy fits into the garage. I called precision because I needed to have my broken opener assessed for repair quickly to facilitate the sale of my house. Richard A Genereau came and installed a Genie garage door opener..the other opener circuit board had several burnt out circuit and too it was 21 yrs old..he evacuated all parts of door unit and found worn out parts, now all brand new..Richard was very professional and thorough, patient..he was here 3 hrs but knows his job..I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors..

I spent over $1300 in December to replace and update the garage door. That has worked good and I was pleased. Now I just spent over $600 to oil the wheels. This just took about one hour and the cost was very excessive. You should return about $500 to me!

It was a Sunday morning and the garage door would rise about 3" and stop, but the opener ran the full cycle. Called Precision Garage Door and Travis Sanferraro arrived about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was bad news. The opener was bad and not repairable. I selected a new model which Travis had in his vehicle. He had it installed plus had the car and hand held remotes programmed in under an hour.

One Star for one reason - PRICE Maybe two reasons - the price menu tablet - al la carte style is very confusing and misleading. The tech was great and professional - he was trained well how to make the company the most profit. He did a fine job and everything works well. I guess this is the world we live in now. I have used Precision before and they were great. A tech would show up look at the problem and give you a fair price for repair. Not now - seems the company has valued profit over customer needs. I should have compared companies and gotten several estimates. If this is the going rate for this type of work than I am getting old to fast and wise to late.
