Rebecca at first told me that with the door I was requesting that there would be a 3-4 week turn around time from ordering, so with that in mind when i called to schedule I was surprised to find out the door was in stock and they could get me scheduled right away. Now day of appointment. Gerald was my technician. He called me 20 mins prior and was right on time. This was our first time using Precision Door Service. Our garage door is well over 20 years old and last month a spring broke. We knew of Precision Door's great reputation from Angie's List, we called them and a technician came out within the hour to assess the condition of the door. The door was so old that parts were no longer available. We now have a new 2-car garage door with new hardware and new motor and it looks and works great. We did notice that one side of the door made more noise than the other, so we called yesterday and this morning a technician came out at 7:30 and quickly adjusted the door and lubricated the springs, etc. He was very professional and was in and out in less than 15 minutes so that I could get to work.
