We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look. Jerry arrived on time and was most professional and showed me how he made slight adjustments to remove that bothersome noise. Within 5 minutes all was good. And Jerry was on his way...just the way I like it.

Today Jerry & Wolf removed my 22 year old garage doors & installed Amarr single & double garage doors. They called before arriving on time. I was impressed by their quality product & professionalism & it only took them 4 hours!

You all are great! Rebecca came out and gave me my quote. Amazed about the pricing and the savings I received. Rebecca at first told me that with the door I was requesting that there would be a 3-4 week turn around time from ordering, so with that in mind when i called to schedule I was surprised to find out the door was in stock and they could get me scheduled right away. Now day of appointment. Gerald was my technician. He called me 20 mins prior and was right on time. I was the first one that morning and with in 3 hours he had removed old door, installed new door and new opener. Quick and efficient. Both had great attitudes. Very happy I chose Precision.

This was our first time using Precision Door Service. Our garage door is well over 20 years old and last month a spring broke. We knew of Precision Door's great reputation from Angie's List, we called them and a technician came out within the hour to assess the condition of the door. The door was so old that parts were no longer available. We now have a new 2-car garage door with new hardware and new motor and it looks and works great. We did notice that one side of the door made more noise than the other, so we called yesterday and this morning a technician came out at 7:30 and quickly adjusted the door and lubricated the springs, etc. He was very professional and was in and out in less than 15 minutes so that I could get to work. The office staff is friendly and very professional and I would recommend Precision Door to my friends and neighbors.
